||Over the past three years, the Conference on Poverty and Inequality has rapidly grown into a leading platform for students, alumni, faculty and policy practitioners across Harvard and the Boston area, who are interested in addressing issues that affect the poor and marginalized in America. This years conference will focus on the recent Report of the Special Rapporteur on Extreme Poverty and Human Rights on his mission to the United States of America. As such, our sessions will likely address the chapters of the report.
The full-day conference will feature a keynote speaker and an opening plenary by leading academics. It will also include networking opportunities during lunch and the closing reception.
