Event Description Thursday, November 29th, 12-1 pm, Wexner 434B Are you interested in the intersection between urban planning, health and public policy? Join us for a multi-disciplinary conversation with Professor Forsyth as she discusses big ideas from her acclaimed GSD course "Healthy Places" - a class which explores the connection between health, well-being, and place. As future leaders in public policy, how do we plan spaces that are designed to improve health? How do high-growth suburban settings affect the health of residents? Can public policy leaders add value by incorporating health-based discussions into planning processes? Professor Forsyth is the co-leader of the Healthy Places Design Lab and conducts research related to Design & Social Equity, Sustainability, and Risk & Resilience
